If you have visited our Jonesboro branch any time over, say, the last 15 years or so, it’s a good bet you recognize Customer Service Representative Becky Street. Becky has been a mainstay there for the last decade-and-a-half, first at the front desk, and currently in loan services, working on conversions, extensions, releases and transfers.

Becky grew up in Paragould, not in an ag family, but certainly with an appreciation for the Midsouth agriculture around her. When reflecting on the biggest changes she’s observed over the course of her Farm Credit career, Becky points to technology without hesitation. New technologies are a constant in the industry, and Becky wholeheartedly embraces those changes. She believes it has helped streamline processes within the Association, but at the same time, she respects that there are Members who prefer to handle business as they always have. Nevertheless, Becky is a big proponent of, and our team’s go-to for, MyFCM, Farm Credit Midsouth’s online banking and account management portal.

Becky graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. Prior to joining Farm Credit, she worked in the non-profit sector. She has been married to her husband John for 17 years. The couple resides in Jonesboro and share a daughter, Emalyn. The Street family attends Blessed Sacrament Church in Jonesboro. When not serving as her daughter’s “mom taxi,” Becky is happy to be involved in the church’s youth group.
