Welcome Christy Tacker
FCM continues to grow
Farm Credit Midsouth Vice President, Controller Marcia McVay is pleased to announce the addition of Christy Tacker as Loan Accountant.
Originally from Corning, Christy moved to Jonesboro to attend college at Arkansas State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has held a number of positions of progressive responsibility over her 21 years in the field, including 11 years as a corporate controller for a major home décor distributor and, most recently, was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at a local rice mill.
“Christy is a great fit for this position,” McVay said. “We are excited to have her join our team with her wealth of accounting knowledge to add bench strength to our loan accounting area.” Christy and her husband John have been married 23 years. The couple has two children, Cole, 17, and Katie, 13.
